Terms of use

The service

NEXUS helps a company and its team organize jobs, tasks, supplies, deliveries, invoices, quotes and payments. The information entered belongs to the company that records it.

Your account

• You must provide truthful information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Each company's administrator decides who joins, what each person can see and do, and can remove any member's access.
• You must be at least 16 and use NEXUS for work purposes.

Acceptable use and messages between users

There is zero tolerance for abusive content. You may not post or send:

• Harassment, threats, insults, discrimination, or sexual or offensive content.
• False information meant to deceive others, spam or malware.
• Third-party data you have no right to share.

Report and block

You can report a message and block a user from the chat; the company's administrators receive the report. You can also write to soporte@nenexus.app. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

Invoices, quotes and payments

Invoices and quotes are issued by each company to its own customers. Online payments are only available to businesses in the United States and are processed by Stripe under its own terms. In Mexico and other countries NEXUS issues quotes: they are not tax receipts (CFDI or equivalents), and each company is responsible for its own tax obligations. NEXUS is not a party to the business relationship between a company and its customers and is not responsible for the amounts, taxes or content of the invoices a company issues.

Availability

We work to keep NEXUS running at all times, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or third-party failures. The service is provided as is, without a guarantee that it will be error-free.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NEXUS is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data arising from the use of the service. We recommend reviewing important information before sending it to your customers.

Termination

You can stop using NEXUS and delete your account at any time (see “Delete account”). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version and we'll announce significant changes in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, and any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Iowa. If you live outside the United States, this doesn't take away any rights your country's law gives you that cannot be waived.
